A serial entrepreneur, Jonathan's vision for ActiveRain developed through his passion of improving the way real estate business is done.

If Jonathan did not love starting businesses as much as he does, he would likely be a fashion photographer, or professional poker player.

As ActiveRain's "Chief" community builder, Bob is spends his day helping to grow and maintain a vibrant community of real estate professionals. He has been actively involved as a member of ActiveRain from the very beginning and has a wealth of real estate knowledge having worked for several years as the COO of Brio Realty.

A start-up junkie, Jeff founded 6 companies that revolved around real estate, mortgage, investments and related technologies as well as theXBroker.com blog prior to joining ActiveRain. As his titles state, Jeff is responsible for streamlining operations and assisting in the evaluation of future direction for the community. He can often be found chasing Jon around for feedback on various issues.

Mixing one part genius with insanity ( and a healthy dollop of humor ), Jorgen fearlessly leads the cohort of developers and designers responsible for ActiveRain. Blessed with the heady task of vivifying those ethereal ideas clinging to life on whiteboards, he bends technology with horrifying frequency to suit Jon's ( ephemeral ) whims.

Rich was one of the first and most active members of the ActiveRain community. As a Community Builder, Rich will work very closely with Bob Stewart and Brad Andersohn to support our members both on an individual basis and the community on the whole. We also look forward to him showing off some of his public speaking skills at various industry conferences and training events over the next year.

As one of the ninjas of ActiveRain, Diego Algorta is rarely heard from despite the fingerprints and footprints found all over the innards and back end of the Community. Diego offers an intellect and insight that is often not found among developers in the contiguous 48 States; he is one of ActiveRain's secret weapons when bugs and issues rear their ugly heads.

Mike is ActiveRain's web magician with years of experience building web sites for real estate and market research firms. Normally quiet in demeanor, he holds strong opinions about web development and is fiercely passionate about making things that people like.

Glindon's the new graphic designer for ActiveRain. He'll be responsible for "prettying" up much of the ActiveRain site and Localism as well as designing some cool ActiveRain branded gear (t-shirts, mugs, etc)

As ActiveRain's "Keep it All Together and Organized" Queen Bee, Claire keeps the roof over our head, our tummies full, and manages all the day-to-day nitty-gritty that comes with maintaining our headquarters. An avid writer, blogger, and real estate enthusiast, Claire has nearly ten years of experience to bring to ActiveRain's Online Community.
